“WHEN LOVE IS OVER” PLAYED ON INTERNET RADIO SHOW!
 ON THE SECOND HOUR!

Hosts Che Zuro and Mike Stark played “When Love Is Over” on their radio show “The Second Hour”.  The song is a popular track from my CD and written by my good friends and stellar songwriters Kevin Fisher and Warren Sellers. Che also gave a very nice plug to our songwriter night every first and third Wednesday at The Santa Monica Bar & Grille. Besides the fact that they played a song from my record, this program deserves a serious listen.  They are playing some great artists and tunes.  I’ve been listening to shows while I’m on the internet. The Second Hour and Virgin/London are my favorite stations now. You can download their podcast too.

SHOWCASING AT THE MIDPOINT MUSIC FESTIVAL IN CINCINNATI, OH!

I was selected to showcase at the 5th Annual Midpoint Music Festival in Cincinnatti, Ohio.  MPMF 2006 is the Midwest's biggest and best music festival and drew 50,000 music fans to the clubs in 2005. This year, Cincinnati USA will host over 300 bands from the US and abroad. There will also be three days of speakers, panels, workshops, mentor sessions, and exhibitors.  I’ll be performing an acoustic set Friday night at Rhino’s and Saturday night at a club called Chamber’s.  Music from the bands/artists selected is currently getting airplay on local radio station WEBN-FM102.7! Based on the strength of his acoustic/vocal demos, John Stowers has been chosen to be one of the songwriters to perform on the opening night of the Durango Song Expo in Durango, Colorado, taking place October 11th - 13th.
